Jadamaguda Eswarar Temple, Rameswaram
The town ‘Rameshwaram’ have acquired this name because, Lord Rama worshipped Lord Shiva on his return from Sri Lanka to expiate the "dosha" of killing a brahmin ‘Ravana’. Jadamaguda Theertha in this temple has power of relieving oneself with sins, confusion and temparament.
