- Devotees take a bath in Sri Jadamaguda Theertham located within the Sri Jadamaguda Eswarar Temple, Rameswaram and offer archana, abhishekam to get rid of Brahmahathi dosham.
- Devotees arrange feeding here known as Van Bhojan and do meditation.The Dhynalinga Murthys hear them and address their grievances.

- Bathing in all the Maga star days each month during the year in the Rameswaram Jadamaguda Theertham brings the devotee the benefit of such bathing in Mahamaha tank 12 times. (Mahamaham is a festival celebrated in Kumbakonam once in 12 years).
