- Shri Shri Athmananda Saraswathi Swamiji is the founder of this magnificent temple Complex. He is the disciple of Shri Nithyananda swamiji. Shri Athmananda Saraswathi swamiji served his master at ‘Ganeshpuri in Thane’ district of Mumbai.During the association with his master, his Guru had expressed his wish to shri Athmananda Saraswathi Swamiji to have a ‘Rama’ temple constructed in Dharmasthala village.He got a small thatched building constructed in which he started “Bhagavan Shri Nithyananda Mandir”.Soon devotees started gathering at the mandir. “Rama Bhajana Sapthaha” is conducted here everyyear for seven days culminating in the grand festival of “Shri Rama Navami”. Thousands of devotees of Shri Rama from far and near have come to gather here and chanting the Rama Taraka Mantra dancing around the”Nanda Deepa” .
