Navneetha Krishnar temple, also called as Aprameya Swamy Temple is located in Doddamallur, 60Kms from Bangalore, on the Mysore – Bangalore Highway. It was built in the 11th century by Chola emperor Rajendra Simha.

- The presiding deity is Lord Sri Aprameya and the idol is carved out of the Saligrama stone found in river Gandaki.
- Another presiding deity is Navaneetha Krishna, in the form of a baby in crawling position with butter in hand, is believed to be the only deity of Lord Sri Krishna in this pose.It is believed that Sage Vyasa did the Prathishta of this Vigraham.
- The famous Kriti (musical composition or song) "Jagadodharana Adisidale Yasode" was composed by most prominent composer of Carnatic music Purandaradasa in appreciation of the beauty of this idol.
Pooja Details
- Belief is that barren women are blessed with children if they pray here. After they are blessed, they come and thank the Lord by gifting small cradles to the temple. The loads of silver and wooden cradles in the Sannidhi offered by people desirous of begetting offspring stand testimony to this fact.

- 50% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 15 to 21 days before departure.
- 100% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancelling, 15 days before departure.
