        Lord Runa Vimochana Perumal relieves His devotees from debt burdens and ailments.Devotees go to Lord Shiva temple on every Monday evening between 4.30 to 6.00 PM in the evening. This particular puja is called as "Somavar Puja". Devotees perform abhisekam with the raw rice powder to the Lord Shiva as a parihara for reducing the debts.
