A Trip to Thirunageswaram & Keezhperumpallam
Many serpents, including Adishesha, Takshaka and Karkotaka, worshipped Shiva at this place, leading to the name "Tirunageswaram". The temple at Keezhperumpallam is dedicated to Kethu, one of the nine planets.Both these temples are visited by devotees to get rid of Nagha Dosha.

Morning
Raghu Temple, Thirunageswaram
- The presiding deity is revered in the 7th century Tamil Saiva canonical work, the Tevaram, written by Tamil saint poets known as the nayanars and classified as Paadal Petra Sthalam and one of the Navagraha sthalams.
- In this temple, Sri Raghu is seen here in human form with His consorts Sri Naga Kanni and Sri Naga valli.
- Many serpents, including Adishesha, Takshaka and Karkotaka, worshipped Shiva at this place, leading to the name "Tirunageswaram".
- At this sthala, the colour of milk changes from white to blue during Abhishekam. On 16.2.86, a snake had shed off its outer skin on Rahu Bhagavan, which is preserved and worshipped to date.

Kethu Temple, Keezhperumpullam
- One of the navagraha sthalams dedicated to Lord Kethu. However the main deity is Lord Shiva called as Lord Naganathar.
- Lord Kethu has head of a snake and body of an asura.Here Lord Kethu is seen worshipping Lord Naganathar with folded hands.
- This is the parihara sthalam to get rid of Kethu dosham.

Performing abhishekam with milk for Lord Sri Raghu during raghu kaala will clear all blockages for marriage, children, job due to sarpa dhosha.
Five kala poojas (5times worship) are being done everyday. Special Abhisekas are performed between 4.30 to 6 p.m. (Raaghu Kala) in all Sundays.

- Those facing some adverse aspects of this planet, pray first to Lord Naganatha and Kethu with red flowers, offering horsegram rice – Kollu sadham – as nivedhana and light seven deepas.
- Those suffering from gastric troubles, neurological set backs, lacking courage and those aspiring progress in trade and undertakings, seeking unity and prosperity in family and longevity and welfare of succeeding generations pray to Lord Naganathaswami and planet Kethu. They perform milk abishek on their birth star days with nivedhana and offer vastras in different colours.
- Pujas are performed to planet Kethu at Rahukalas and Yemakanda Kala times. 90 minutes each day is covered by these times. There will be 16 types of abishek and homas with a nivedhana made of gram powder, salt and pepper in rice. Vastras are offered in different colours. They light lamps with gingely oil.

- 50% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 15 to 21 days before departure.
- 100% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancelling, 15 days before departure.
